All items returned under guarantee must be accompanied by our sales receipt and a manufacturer's guarantee if appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Items purchased on this website can be returned for any reason within 14 days for a refund or exchange but this excludes bespoke special orders or personalised items. Refunds will only be made to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase.
Returned items must be unworn, in pristine condition and accompanied by all packaging, documentation and sales receipts.
The cost of returning goods is the liability of the consumer. Delivery charges are not refundable. For returns we recommend a secure delivery service with suitable insurance cover and signed for proof of delivery is used, for example Royal Mail special delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
